I've compiled a list of my basic cupboard essentials that I always have to ensure I stay on plan with Slimming World. I've also created a shopping list for you to easily print off and bring shopping to purchase these essentials.

Below is a list of herbs & spices that I have used throughout my Slimming World Journey so far. Obviously I am not recommending you go out and buy all these at once as it would be quite expensive. I would recommend doing like I done and slowly building up your collection as you require each ingredient.
